Aristocrat Boutique Venue is a 50 sqm interior set inside a historic monument building from the first half of the 20th century, on Calea Călărași in Bucharest, furnished entirely with authentic antique pieces, plus a 40 sqm private courtyard. Owner Radu brought the space back to life; Oaza built the brand around it from the ground up ahead of its 2026 launch — visual identity, physical signage, a full website with real-time booking, and the social media presence that introduced it to Bucharest's photographers, filmmakers and event organisers.

The collaboration covers the full stack: a logo and brand kit drawn from the space's own palette of gold, ivory and dark wood; an illuminated sign box and window and door decals for the street-facing façade; a one-page website built around nine sections — the place, the concept, events, the story, a photo gallery, pricing, live booking, contact and FAQ; and the Instagram presence, launch content and Google Business Profile that carried Aristocrat's opening into its first bookings.

What began as a launch project has grown into an ongoing collaboration — Oaza continues to work alongside Aristocrat as the venue grows past its 2026 launch.

The wordmark pairs a serif display "ARISTOCRAT" with a smaller "BOUTIQUE VENUE" line underneath — restrained enough to sit on a business card or a monument's window, and clear enough to read at a glance on a phone screen. It's built around a five-colour palette drawn from the space itself rather than a generic brand-guide default: ivory and gold for the gilt mirror frames and antique details, olive and dark brown for the wood furniture, and a deep charcoal for body text — the same palette that runs through the website, the Instagram grid and every printed piece.

Branding didn't stop at the screen. Oaza designed and produced the physical rollout for the street-facing façade: an illuminated sign box, frosted vinyl lettering for the entrance door and windows, and two large-format exterior panels (3.2 × 2.4 m) carrying the launch lines "Eleganța se trăiește" and "Eleganța nu se explică. Se simte." — installed on-site ahead of the public opening, so the brand was visible from the street before the first booking ever came in.

The identity is documented in a full brand manual — colour codes, typography rules, logo variants and photographic direction — so anyone producing content for Aristocrat, from a freelance photographer to a future team member, works from the same reference instead of guessing. Every logo variant ships as an editable, vector file, ready for print or screen at any size.

The site is one continuous page with an anchored menu, structured around nine sections: Locul (the space and its history), Sensul (the philosophy, event types and technical amenities), Evenimente, Povestea, a 17-photo Galerie spanning the Salon, Anticamera and exterior courtyard, a full Tarife pricing grid, live Rezervare, Contact and an FAQ organised into three categories — Location & Space, Booking & Pricing, Services & Amenities.

The booking form itself is a real reservation system, not a contact form dressed up as one: a visitor picks a date, sees the actual free hours for that day, and submits a request without needing to call first. Behind it, a Google Calendar sync keeps the available hours accurate and a connected Google Sheet logs every request the moment it comes in — one place to see every lead, with nothing double-booked. A WhatsApp Concierge button follows visitors through the page for anyone who'd rather message than fill in a form.

The full pricing grid covers seven categories — from photo sessions at 215 Lei/hour to product launches and art openings at 440 Lei/hour — with Half-Day and Full-Day packages applying an automatic 10% and 20% discount, plus a cancellation and rescheduling policy spelled out clearly enough that it never needs a phone call to explain.

The whole site was designed mobile-first, not adapted after the fact: the pricing table collapses into readable stacked cards, the FAQ's three category tabs stay tappable with one thumb, and the booking form's date-and-availability picker works the same on a phone as it does on a desktop — which matters here, since most visitors reach Aristocrat through an Instagram link rather than a Google search on a laptop.

Google Business Profile is claimed, verified and linked directly from the site, so the venue is discoverable on Google Maps and in local search from the day it opened. Hosting is managed by Oaza end-to-end — the site's own footer credits it directly.
