Autonord Garage runs on live chat, not just a contact form. A Tawk.to widget is embedded across the site so a visitor mid-accident-stress gets a real answer in real time — from desktop or mobile, even when no one's at a desk. We set up the integration end to end: agent account, desktop and mobile app access, notification rules, and page-context visibility, so the team always knows exactly what the visitor was looking at when they wrote in.
Every "constatare amiabilă" submission needs to reach someone immediately, not sit unopened. We built a lead pipeline that auto-populates a shared Google Sheet with each submission and fires an instant email notification, so no accident report goes unseen.
Beyond the site itself, Autonord's team can publish new articles without touching a line of code. We built a custom admin panel — a full content-management dashboard living directly inside the site's own codebase — secured with GitHub token authentication instead of a generic login. Inside it, a distraction-free article editor covers everything a post needs: title, publish date, cover image, category, SEO meta description, summary, and a formatted body with its own toolbar, including a custom brand-colour "Text Amber" highlight tool matching the site's copper accent. The editor enforces its own house style — only Heading 2 and Heading 3 are used for subheadings, each kept on its own line and separated from body text, so every article stays visually consistent with the rest of the site. Every new post also gets automatic previous/next navigation between articles.
Publishing doesn't end at "Save." Google indexes new posts automatically through the sitemap, but that can take one to two weeks — so the workflow includes a manual step: the team pings Ary the moment an article goes live, and she can request priority indexing through Google Search Console, cutting that wait down to about a day or two.
Handing over three custom tools only matters if the team can actually run them. We wrote an 11-page usage guide covering the Tawk dashboard, the leads pipeline, and the blog admin panel step by step, and ran a live walkthrough with Autonord's team so the person responsible for chat, leads and blog content could take over with confidence.
